Built around what you store
Start with the biggest thing that has to fit: a combine header, a tractor with a loader, a round-bale stack or a stock trailer. That sets the clear width, the eave height and the door size, and those three choices drive most of the cost.

Measure your widest and tallest machine, add room to walk around it and to open doors, and plan for the next piece of equipment too. We can talk through bay widths with you.
Can one side be open?
Yes. Open-bay and partly enclosed layouts are common for equipment and hay. Tell us which sides face the prevailing wind.
Do ag buildings need a permit?
