- Steel kit: per-sq-ft rates from published Oklahoma kit prices for 30×40 through 60×120 buildings [1].
- Erection: about $3–$7 per sq ft [2].
- Slab and footings: about $7–$12 per sq ft; electrical (turnkey): about $3–$8 per sq ft; roll-up doors: about $1,000–$6,000 each [3].
- Insulation: about $1.20–$2.50 per sq ft of roof and wall surface [4].
- Carports: about $5.20–$10 per sq ft, delivered and installed, from published Oklahoma carport ranges [5].
Published-range estimate, not a quote. Wall height is used for insulation area; taller walls also add steel, which your written quote reflects.
