How much does a metal building cost?

Does the quote include the concrete slab?
We can quote the building, the slab, delivery and erection together so you can compare complete prices. Ask us to itemize anything you want broken out.

Do I need a permit?
Most cities in the metro require a permit for a new building, and many HOAs have rules on size, color and placement. Check with your city and HOA early; we can talk through what to ask.
Can you build a barndominium?
We can coordinate the metal shell for a barndominium. Interior finish-out is usually a separate, larger part of the budget.
